Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Cued iOS application ("Cued"), made by Lynex Studio LLC. By using Cued you agree to them. Cued is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What Cued is

Cued is a teleprompter: it displays your text, can transcribe your dictation, and can record video of you on your device. Your content is yours. We claim no rights over your scripts or recordings, and we never receive them.

Fair use

• Use Cued only where filming and recording are lawful, and only to record people who agree to it.
• You are responsible for the content of your scripts and recordings.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

No warranty

Cued is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for lost recordings or missed takes. Keep a copy of anything irreplaceable.

Changes

We may update these terms as Cued changes. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
